# Capture benefit outputs and outcomes

While organisations will typically have their own process for capturing benefit outputs and outcomes, you should maintain their status and provide regular progress updates to ensure stakeholders remain engaged and informed on benefit realisation.

## Important

> **Important:**  
> Currently, there is **no central list or register view available** for Benefit Outputs and Outcomes.
> 
> -   Outputs and Outcomes are accessed **within each individual Benefit item**
> -   Only the **Benefits list** is available as a consolidated view
> 
> As a result, tracking and reporting on outputs and outcomes may require navigating into each benefit or using external reporting where required

## Where This Is Performed

-   **Strategy → Benefits**

## Capturing Benefit Outputs and Outcomes

1.  Navigate to **Strategy → Benefits**
2.  Locate and select the **Benefit** you want to update
3.  Identify the relevant section:
4.  -   **Benefit Outputs**, or
    -   **Benefit Outcomes**
5.  Click the **ellipsis (… )** for the appropriate section
6.  Select **Add / Create**
7.  Enter the required details
8.  Click **Save & Close**

-   Outputs represent **tangible deliverables** contributing to benefits
-   Outcomes represent the **measurable impact or change achieved**
-   Updates should be made regularly to reflect progress
