Strategy Overview
This provides an efficient way to align strategic objectives with delivery initiatives by organising themes, goals, and benefits, and then prioritising and optimising them for maximum impact.
Navigating to Strategy
- In the site map on the left, select Strategy.
- Under Strategy, you will see the following options:
- Themes
- Goals
- Benefits
- Prioritisations
- Optimisations
- Insights
What Each Section Does
- Themes
Represents the high-level strategic directions your organization is focused on.
Example: “Digital Transformation” or “Customer Experience Excellence.” - Goals
Defines the specific outcomes that support these themes.
Example: “Increase online engagement by 20% in the next fiscal year.” - Benefits
Captures the measurable advantages expected from achieving the goals.
Example: “Reduced operational costs” or “Improved customer satisfaction scores.” - Prioritisations
Allows you to rank initiatives based on importance and alignment with strategy.
Use Case: Prioritise projects that deliver the highest ROI or strategic alignment. - Optimisations
Provides tools to refine scanerio-planning based on budget and respource constraints.
Use Case: Commit to initiatives with higher strategic impact and aligninment to budget and resource constraints. - Insights
Offers a consolidated, information-rich report where you can view strategic data at both high-level and detailed perspectives.
