Set-up and maintain calendars
Enterprise calendars allow organisations to define standard working times and company‑wide non‑working exceptions, such as statutory holidays, in a single, centralised calendar.
These calendars are used to calculate and determine resource capacity across Altus, ensuring availability and utilisation are based on consistent working time rules.
By applying an enterprise calendar, Altus accurately reflects when resources are available to work, which directly impacts capacity calculations displayed throughout the platform.

- Click +New from the command bar to create a new enterprise calendar or select and edit an existing calendar to make changes to an existing enterprise calendar
- Ensure the calendar’s name clearly defines the working time defined by the calendar.
