Update the status of 'My Active Decisions' items
The My Active Decisions view allows users to review and update decisions assigned to them. Keeping decision statuses up to date ensures clear visibility, supports timely approvals, and maintains alignment across projects and programs.
Accessing My Active Decisions
- Navigate to Work
- Select Decisions
- Open the My Active Decisions view
This view displays all decisions currently assigned to you.
Updating a Decision Status
To update the status of an existing decision:
- Locate the decision in the My Active Decisions list
- Select the Decision Name to open the record
- In the decision form, find the Status field
- Update the Status as required (e.g. Proposed, Approved, Rejected)
- Select Save or Save & Close
Key Fields to Review
When updating a decision, consider reviewing:
- Status – Reflects the current state of the decision
- Status Reason – Provides additional context (where applicable)
- Due Date – Indicates when a decision is required
- Assigned To – Confirms ownership and accountability
- Priority – Aligns with urgency and impact
