Update the status of 'My Active Change Requests' items
The My Active Change Requests view allows users to review and update change requests assigned to them. Keeping change request statuses up to date ensures clear visibility, supports effective change control, and helps manage impacts across projects and programs.
Accessing My Active Change Requests
- Navigate to Work
- Select Changes
- Open the My Active Change Requests view
This view displays all change requests currently assigned to you.
Updating a Change Request Status
To update the status of an existing change request:
- Locate the change request in the My Active Change Requests list
- Select the Change Request Name to open the record
- In the change request form, find the Status field
- Update the Status as required (e.g. New, Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Implemented)
- Select Save or Save & Close
Key Fields to Review
When updating a change request, consider reviewing:
- Status – Reflects the current stage of the change request
- Status Reason – Provides additional context (where applicable)
- Due Date – Indicates key timelines for review or implementation
