Update the status of 'My Active Risks' items

The My Active Risks view allows users to review and update risks assigned to them. Keeping risk statuses up to date ensures accurate monitoring, supports proactive mitigation, and maintains visibility across projects and programs.


Accessing My Active Risks

  1. Navigate to Work
  2. Select Risks
  3. Open the My Active Risks view

This view displays all risks currently assigned to you.


Updating a Risk Status

To update the status of an existing risk:

  1. Locate the risk in the My Active Risks list
  2. Select the Risk Name to open the record
  3. In the risk form, find the Status field
  4. Update the Status as required (e.g. Active, Mitigated, Closed)
  5. Select Save or Save & Close

Key Fields to Review

When updating a risk, consider reviewing:

  • Status – Reflects the current state of the risk
  • Status Reason – Provides additional context (where applicable)
  • Due Date – Confirms timelines for mitigation
  • Assigned To – Ensures ownership is correct
  • Risk Score – Indicates the level of impact and likelihood
